2025-26 Transportation Registration, by this Sunday, June 22

Families are now able to register for school bus service for the 2025-2026 school year.  Registration is available using your MyCBE account

Families must register by this Sunday, June 22, 2025, for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year.

CBE Transportation continues to accept registrations after the deadline; however, processing times for registrations submitted after the June 22 deadline will be delayed. For those registering after the June 22 deadline, it may take until mid-October before your child is able to ride the bus.  More information is available HERE.

Conditional Rider registration forms will be available via MyCBE after June 22.

Moving Schools? Contact the Office

If your child will be attending a different school in September, please give written notice to the office, especially if the school is outside of the school district. Please include the full name and grade of your child, the name of the new school, if known. Rideau Park’s student enrolment is projected to be over-capacity with most grades.  The written notice of attendance elsewhere will help us manage our waiting list for next year's placements.

Library Books

The replacement cost for lost or damaged books will be added to school fees and can be paid online through MyCBE account.

Leaving CBE? Save Your Digital Files

Students must save digital files/emails they wish to keep to a personal account or drive by June 25.  Read the Don’t Ghost Your Inbox news story posted on our website to learn more.

Reminder – Sign Out Procedures when Students Leave School Early

We are receiving an increasing number of requests to allow students to leave school during instructional time on their own without a parent signing them out. Although we made some exceptions when Mission Bridge was closed to traffic to allow students to meet parents at the end of the footbridge or on their own, the bridge is now open to traffic again, and we need to follow school district guidelines. Students in grades K to 9 must be signed out in person by a parent or adult listed on the ‘school pick up’ list in MyCBE.  Thank you for understanding this important safety and security issue.
